It is an innovative investment development company under the Shaanxi Ju Wang Group, integrating the real estate development and management, village reconstruction and investment management, property management, landscaping and consulting services

In order to actively respond to the construction of Baoji's “Four Cities”, further accelerate the pace of renovation of old cities, accelerate the construction of urban infrastructure, strive to improve the city's grade, and improve the living conditions of the village residents in the city. In 2015, our company won the Old City Reconstruction and Development Project of Guojiaya in Baoji’s High-tech Zone. (Project Name: Tian Xi East County)

The project is located at the gateway of East High-tech Zone in Baoji, with a total site area of about 100 acres, a total construction area of about 1.5 million square meters, and a total investment of about RMB 6.5 billion.

Tian Xi East County will be divided into four plots according to the planning principle of “one axis and four zones”. Different functions are planned according to the concept of “high-end business, modern form, rich culture and beautiful ecology”:

Plot 1: An integrated community serving the education and culture;
Plot 2: An urban functional complex area serving the core area of the new district;
Plot 3: A garden community serving the high-end elites of the new district;
Plot 4: A comprehensive supporting community serving the core areas of the city.

After the completion of the project, Baoji's urban image and traditional living concept will be greatly enhanced, which will have important strategic significance and far-reaching social impact on helping Baoji High-tech Zone to catch up and improve people’s livelihood.
